Ciao a tutti ragazzi, abbiamo un server dedicato per rFactor ma non riusciamo a gestirlo.!!
Siccome abbiamo altri server con gamesclan e uno di questi
è per raimbowsixVegas2 che è veramente un casino settarlo
mi chiedevo se anche con rFactor dobbiamo usare le command line dopo aver uppato il mod che a noi interessa!?!?!
Qualcuno conosce la sintassi delle Command Line da inserire?!?!
Ho cercato tutto oggi sulla rete ma non ho trovato nulla...!!
Si accettano consigli, guide o qualsiasi cosa possa aiutarci!!

in oltre esiste un programma per la gestione del server come il BF2cc di Battlefield2?!?!

premetto che non conosco per niente il gioco.
Ma da una velocissima ricerca su google ho capito che fondamentalmente come per quasi tutti i giochi la maggior parte dei parametri fissi si impostano in un file che si chiama MULTIPLAYER.INI ed ho trovato una sfilza di comandi che si danno dentro al server per amministrarlo

/vote yes // same as pressing button
/vote no // same as pressing button
/ping // same as pressing button
/w <sendee> <chat> // whisper to given player - <sendee> can be just the first few letters of player's name if they are unique
/whisper <sendee> <chat> // same functionality as "/w"
/callvote nextsession // proceeds to next session (practice to qual, for example)
/callvote nextrace // proceeds to next event in dedicated server track list
/callvote event <name> // proceeds to given event (such as "24 Hours of Toban" or "Mills Special Event")
/callvote restartrace // restarts the race
/callvote restartwarmup // client request to go to the beginning of warmup
/restartwarmup // admin/server command to go to the beginning of warmup
/callvote restartweekend // goes back to practice
/callvote addai // adds 1 AI
/callvote add5ai // adds 5 AI

/set warp <0.1 - 3.0> // in future, will affect voicechat. The warp connotation comes from the period of time to take in between sending each voice packet. 1.0 is the default.

Si questi comandi li conosco ma li abbiamo sempre utilizzati una volta entrati
nel server di gioco (fatto da noi e non dedicato) dalla chat.
Cmq ora guardo sul remoto se trovo qualcosa...

ma figurati grazie a te, il server di gioco fatto da te e' assolutamente identico a quello dedicato le differenze fondamentali sono due .

1) il gameserver dedicato e' sempre online ha una banda eccezionale ed e' stabilissimo
2) a differenza del gameserver casalingo non hai l'interfaccia di gioco e quindi lo comandi solo tramite questi comandi ed il file di configurazione.

Si si immaginavo di dover fare tutto tramite i file .ini ma per
quello non c'è problema, dopo un paio di prove capisci come
settarlo e via... restarti il server.
Il nostro problema è che abbiamo uppato il mod di auto che ci
interessa ma non sappiamo come farlo partire?!?!
In che modo posso dare un'istruzione al server per fargli "capire" che deve partire con un determinato mod? nei file
di configurazione non c'è un percorso!

con RaimbowSixVegas2 usiamo le command line ma il gioco non è moddato, è quello punto e basta.
