Salve ho acquistato il servizio ts2 per tre mesi ma non riesco a capire dove devo andare per gestire il mio server ecc mi date info in merito perfavore

....controlla bene anche nelle cartelle per lo spam, forse è finita lì causa filtri anti spam

Ho affittato il TS server però non lo posso gestire..non posso fare niente..è possibile?!?! non posso creare un channel che appena ne creo un altro quello di prima si cancella! come faccio?? ho anche messo un ticket sull help desk con altre cose che vorrei fare ma che non posso o non riesco a fare.
Io sono nuovo di questo meccanismo, prima avevo un server mio di TS e gestivo tutto con la pagina administration loggato come superadmin e con gli script del softwere..ora non posso fare niente del genere??
