di solito i server ts hanno una lista di utenti registrati, di questi quelli che hanno i privilegi SA server admin possono fare tutto

dal pannello di controllo di gamesclan credo tu possa gestire l'elenco Users del tuo server, creati un utente per te con nome+pwd e dagli i diritti di admin, quanto ti connetti al tuo server ts fai login con questi dati (dall form di login del tuo client ts2) e sarai SA, gli SA possono creare dei CA channel admin, anche questi devono essere utenti registrati

se hai altri problemi apri un ticket al supporto di gamesclan
